The Architecture of a Soul
From the wound, through the body, to the Earth.
The story
Constriction
A soul sealed in the dark, a cage of violet light tightening around one faint gold ember.
Constriction
The ember keeps the slow beat of a sleeping child. The light he thought he was protecting was protecting him.
Release
A seam of gold cracks the stone. Water finds the seam in the rock.
Release
The first full breath. Joy and grief begin to spiral together instead of against.
Rising
Light rises from the center and becomes architecture — the violet now bearing the load inside the gold.
Rising
I do not build over my pain. I build with it. It is the strongest thing I own.
Channel
The body becomes the axis — roots of grief driving down, gold pouring up to the whole Earth.
Channel
The cry goes out, and the Earth answers. I was only the channel it passed through.
Return
The structure collapses back into the body, scarred where the light runs through it.
Return
A hand traced with violet draws one line — and the line comes out gold.
Return
Breathing freely at last. The cage gone. The structure remains — holding light now, instead of pressure.
